Shame on you guys charging 10 dollars, when you can go to:

http://www. storesupply .com/search.aspx?SearchTerm=footies

and get the same thing for four dollars a box.

Funny, they are actually $5 abox from storesupply ($4.95) and UPS shipping starts around $10, at least to HOS territory. Perhaps for somebody in Florida who only wanted 1 box it would be about a wash.

I don't really see shame in charging more than can be found elsewhere, the real shame to me is why wouldn't people buy them from the Home Orchard Society where any "profit" goes for good causes like making this forum available. Especially considering that the HOS price of $20 delivered for 300 footies is less per footie than either of those sites for that quantity when you include shipping.

HOS , 1 bag delivered $20/300 = $0.067 per footie http://www.homeorchardsociety......g/footies/
Gully's assuming $10 UPS, 2 boxes $30/288 = $0.104 per footie
Storeesupply assuming $10 UPS, 2 boxes $20/288 = $0.069 per footie

The Gully's and Storesupply prices get a lot worse if you only buy one box of 144.
Storesupply starts looking a lot better if you are buying several boxes.

Unless you're looking for a large quantity, why wouldn't you buy them from the Home Orchard Society, which is non-profit, gave us this forum, explained to us how to use them, sourced them, and made them available at a reasonable price?

It's late in the season and I'd like to get them from HOS ASAP, who can I contact for a quick response?
