To my denizens of the Nortwest. There seems to be little information on this company in existence now. But Bountiful Ridge must have been of some importance as there are many of their catalogs preserved into the 1930's at least. Trying to get any information on them.
And more particularly a very dwarfed variety they got off of a Starking tree stump. That is very dwarfed. Compatible with pears. Made miniature Starking like apples and changed flowering times to much later on scions grafted to it. Which seemed to be resistant to many normal maladies.
I would love to get a scion of it as it sounds like great breeding material.
