Anyone growing this plant? I have had it for a couple of years. It finally flowered this year. It also caught some disease. It looks bacterial. Similar to what my Northstar pie cherry has, but not as brutal. I noticed that it was a little ingrown, and most of the places where you would prune it are the ones that looked damaged. It flowered for the first time this year and I have exactly one cherry. It is a bush rather than a tree. I bought it at One Green World in Molalla, OR. I pruned it rather aggressively in this hot weather and hopefully that will prevent some future problems. Anyone taste the cherries yet? It seems to pollinate earlier than most other cherries, and I love the pink flowers. Let me know.
