We recently purchased an old farm. The previous owners told us that there were 10 varieties of apples in the apple orchard but neglected to leave a list of those varieties when they moved out. We have no way to contact them now and I'm not sure if I can identify them myself. I've tried but they all look the same to me. I would like to make cider and applesauce and store some for winter eating this year. Is there anyone out there that can help me identify these apples? Our farm is just outside of Oregon City, only 20 miles from Portland.
Thanks so much for any help!
