Hi,
Are any of you zooming into the Heritage Orchard Conference? It's out of University of Idaho organic agriculture center, and they're doing a once-a-month zoom conference. Great topics. Aug was hunting for lost varieties with John Bunker from Maine and David Benscoter (The Lost Apple Project) from our very own Palouse. Sept and Oct were apple ID using genetics. This month, it was food and cider. Much better descriptions are at the link.
Three cool things about this conference.
1. It's free.
2. It's archived. If you want to see the earlier talks, they're at the website above.
3. It's getting huge audience (and there's room for more). Right now, it looks like about 700 people from 46 states, and nearly a dozen countries are watching.
Could be worth a look,
