So there is a frost advisory for most of the Willamette valley and the coast range. This seems really late and it supposed to be 80 here in Philomath in 48 hours. I checked the history and we are still in the 10% chance of frost range till the 10th of May. I use weather underground for most of my weather data. Is there somewhere else that people like for weather?

Yeah, I saw that too. Over the years I've had several early May frosts get me on my strawberries. I've got a little 100'X20' patch this year that is still loaded with bloom so tonight I will be covering it with row cover. I'm in the Junction City area.

Rabbiteye where you get your weather data? I am a rank amateur but you are a professional.

I've got no secret source. I just look on-line at accuweather or listen to the 6:00 news. These days it's usually pretty good info. When I first took over our family farm in the late 70's weather forecasts were not nearly as accurate.
