I would like to post a new question in the general forum but can't seem to figure out how to do that. Can you help please?

No Problem 
Go into the general forum. ([url:a2bb8u63]http://www.homeorchardsociety.org/forums/viewforum.php?f=1[/url:a2bb8u63])
In the upper left hand corner, just above the list of topics, there is a button that looks like this:
Click on that button, and you will see a form allowing you to post your message. Fill it out, and click submit.
