I can be emailed at Dolinshockey @ aol.com OR Dan.Shockey @ mail.wvu.edu
Thanks very much for any help.
I am trying to find out where HOS buys their rootstock for the scion exchange. I will let you know what I learn.

if you are still looking for rootstocks, i have the leftovers from our scion exchange - lots of m27, p22, quince A, Pyrus betulifolia, OHXF 333, citation...
i could easily priority mail them to you - they are still very dormant. we charge $5 each for them, but for over 30 i could sell them cheaper.
email me at arboretum@homeorchardsociety.org if you are still interested.
Hello, we can supply root stock with as little quantities as 25 per bundle, I would need to know what type ( ie: variety and size) that you need. I can be reached at Jes_ducky@msn.com. The grower of these root stocks has been in business for over 18 years and has quality stock.
Currently avaliable is Emla in 106,111,#7,#26 and Bub#9 in sizes 3/8,1/4,3/16 and some in 1/8th.
