I know this is no place for advertising, but I'm posting a "buy this now!" anyway. I just bought this book from Amazon, and spent $6.00 including shipping for a drop-dead gorgeous essentially brand new copy. There doesn't appear to be a market for it, but I think that's because we are the market (and there really aren't that many of us).

There are a few more copies for single-digit bucks, and I doubt this book is going to go into a second printing - it's 14 years since publication and will never make the bestseller lists. Get one for yourself if you don't already own one.
