I just heard from Burnt Ridge Nursery that the trees I'd ordered on b118 won't be available. Anyone know of another online source with some trees on b118?

I don't, but credit to Burnt Ridge for letting you know early enough so you have time to find another source.

Yes, I've always been very happy with the quality of stock and service from Burnt Ridge. I was happy when I saw they were carrying b118 this year, but they must have had some issues with the stock they were hoping to offer.

We have Akane, Enterprise, Golden Russet and Goldrush.

Thanks orangepippin, but it's pretty tough to justify $50 for an apple tree for me. I plant from 5-10 a year and it would just be too cost prohibitive.

Not to mention having to attempt to import them to the US, most likely an extremely frustrating and expensive process!!

lotus - orange pippin does have a US website as well. They work with growers in the states I believe.

I do want to say that orange pippin was very helpful. He and I "talked" via email and I'd definitely buy trees from him/the company. I just have a hard time with the price. I'm sure they're great trees - I'm just cheap <!-- sWink --><img decoding="async" src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><!-- sWink -->
