if they have leaves then it's too late this season for a traditional dormant oil spray. dormant oils tend to be mineral oil, which cause phytotoxicity issues with leaves and fruit on trees.
you could maybe use a fish oil or neem oil after the blooms fall, or what is sometimes available in farm stores as "summer weight" agricultural oil. these will still have some of the benefits of a dormant spray - namely smothering those soft bodied insects like scale and mites...
or you could be a lazy sprayer and wait till next year. like me.
