Seen any Pink Pearl's around? I suspect they're hardy, and mine are consistently tart. And, they're a pretty variegated pink inside. What do you plan to do with them? Cider?
I make fresh juice and have really come to appreciate my 'tart' apples {and there're apparently different definitions of "tart."}
Maybe one of our Cider boys will check in..? But they go for 'bitter'..?
