Bi-mart might have them. I think I have seen them there in the past.
You might call each Bi-mart in your area, asking an employee in the garden department to check for you and call you back if they have one. Ditto the mom & pop hardware stores that carry trees, if any stores like that remain. Riskier bets include Home Depot. Have you called every single nursery in the area?

Tonight I checked on my Seckel graft from last spring. It is forming blossoms on the original scion as well as on the tips of last year's new growth. I have it grafted onto a Bosc pear tree that I planted 6 years ago, I left four buds on the scion piece. Pretty quick results, most apples and pears I've grafted take two years to fruit.
