Questions about root stock sources and sizes

Can anyone help by recommending a reliable supplier of root stock for apples and pears?

My goal is to graft my own trees that I wish to espalier. Also, I plan to install these soon to be grafted trees close to the foundation of my house as I am limited with regards to space. Thus I am particularly interested in dwarfing root stock (8' max.) with roots that are not terribly invasive.

Can anyone help?

I believe that One Green World and Raintree in Morton Washington supply cheap rootstock.

I am located in North Portland. I would like to buy from someone local if possible.

One green world has a good stock, but I would be open to suggestions for root stock with more dramatic dwarfing properties than the M-26.

If you want really dramatic dwarfing, graft a crabapple onto aronia or flowering quince rootstock and you can have a crabapple bush. Urban gardeners need to be more precise about their space.
