
Would anyone attending the budding workshop this Saturday 8/6 be willing to bring bud sticks of persimmon? I am hoping for a nice deep orange/red Asian Fuyu or early fuyu. I'm open to others as well, if exceptional in your opinion. My rootstock seems to have rooted through the pot (maybe a couple of years ago) so the location has been selected and it's to get on with securing some good eating. Hopeful and appreciative. Thanks

Saijo is an outstanding flavored persimmon. Fuyu in my opinion tastes good, but not very interesting, kind of like Gala or Red Delicious apples.
They have Saijo at the arboretum.
