Greetings!
Does anyone have a list of which pear varieties are 'summer' vs. 'fall' vs. 'winter'? And which varities need cold storage vs. varieties that do not?
I swear I had a .pdf of a university extension publication that listed this info, but I seem to be losing track of many things like this these days. I've seen a couple lists online, but they typically only include the major varieties and different lists have conflicting info.
Thanks.
