‭These crisp, sweet apples on on a 3-way graft with Fuji and Red McIntosh. (Nursery went out of business). Would anyone hazard a guess as to what they are?

Also, on all my cherry trees, these small slimy black worms/larva are green if you rub off the black. They're 1/2 inch or less long. Something, probably these, are leaving webbing and what looks like eggs on the leaves, after chewing leaves. Any ID's?
