Leaf Wilt in newly grafted apple trees

I'm having trouble with my newly bench grafted apple trees (April)..they are on B9 and M26 and in pots..without warning the new leaves on the scionwood suddenly wilt and die..any suggestions???
Anxiously waiting for answers...

My guess is that it would be a bacterial disease but I don't know which one. A diverse yard tends to not let any diseases get out of hand. I don't know specifically.

Thanks for the reply, John..I did spray with BTK for leaf rollers..not supposed to hurt anything but who knows?
