Apparently, two of my favorite membership organizations are "coming together" with the Monday, February 14th broadcast of "The Dirtbag," with host Glen Andresen. "Discussing fruit tree grafting, plus information on the HOS - Spring Scion Exchange of March 5th." This radio program will air at 10:30 AM on KBOO Community Radio @ 90.7 FM out of Portland.
Glen's program the following week will also "continue the Fruit Show." This is a Call-in show, and Glen is a knowledgeable well-rounded and down-to-earth gardener who regularly promotes the Home Orchard Society to his KBOO listeners.

So Glen's gonna be at the Scion Exchange too? He'd better not steal all our grafting customers during that talk of his! - on second thought, that sounds like a great opportunity for a break - I'll look forward to meeting him!
