The tips of this meyer lemon are getting yellow and brown. Any idea what the problem could be?
It is indoors for the winter. We water weekly or slightly more.

Meyers Lemon is often bothered by mites when brought in for the winter. I have had success with mine only bringing it in when the temp dips below 25 (which is pretty seldom for us). It looks pretty beat-up after being out for the winter, but the new growth comes on strong. If mites are the problem I think soap will kill them.
