Hi Everyone,
I have recently become a huge fan of apple cider vinegar and would like to make some at home this fall. After a bit of research I discovered I'd need raw, unpasteurized apple cider to start with....and the only place I could think of to find the best was the home orchard society! If anybody knows where I could obtain some cider with character this fall please let me know. I think I'd be looking for 5-10 gallons.
Thank you!

The annual Cider Day at Joe Brocard's Antique Apple Orchard sells unpasturized cider and vinegar.
Date: Sat. October 8
Time: 9-2
Place: 28095 Santiam Hwy, Sweet Home
Directions: from US 5, take Hwy 20 east toward Sweet Home, about 20 miles. There is an "APPLE" sign on the north side of Hwy 20.
Turn into the property and drive around to parking. There will be signs.

Leigh, hope you get this message. Just spoke to Joe Brocard who owns the Antique Apple Orchard. His Cider Day is Sat 15 October, the 3rd Sat of the month, not the second as I previously wrote. Everything is very late this year. Unfortunately this coincides with the HOS All Fruit Show. I'll be at the Cider Day event.
