Are you trying to identify varieties that you already have, or asking for suggestions for delicious varieties to plant?
If you are asking for varieties to plant, you'll get better results by identifying the area (or at least the climate) you live in and saying whether you want fresh eating, cider, or baking apples. Do you like sweet apples? Hard apples? Crunchy apples? Complex flavors? Simple flavors? Strong flavors?
Also how much room you have to plant trees. Some varieties are multi-purpose. Some varieties are best for one use. So one tree or ten might make a difference in which varieties you want.
