It is called:
 "Armeniaca hongpingensis" or "Armeniaca zhengheensis".
 The common name is fuzzy leaf apricot. I can't distinguish if it is A. hongpingensis or A. zhengheensis because the differences are very subtle. An USDA apricot breeder in California was very surprized that I had one of these and he wants it really bad.
