How do I learn espalier / cordon / fan / etc... pruning?

Hi all:

Is there a good source of information on learning more restricted forms of pruning? I attended the Home Orchard Society's pruning class, and it was fantastic, but I'd like to learn more.

Any recommendations? Where did you learn?

You may also be interested in this book as well: American Horticultural Society Pruning & Training

It has good sections on espalier and which forms and techniques are appropriate for various fruits. If there's something better, I'd love to know.

It should be available from the library. I've gotten it from the Vancouver one.
