Does anyone know where I can buy a used bench grafter? Also, is a 3T EZ 3 in one grafting tool worth getting?

No, its probably not worth getting but if you want one I'll sell you my used one for much less than retail. The main flaw is that the blades don't come very sharp even when brand new and don't seem that easy to sharpen.

It works, I successfully grafted apples and plums with mine before I learned how to graft with a knife. Grafting is not difficult. The tool did give me the confidence to get over that initial hump of realizing that grafting was something I could successfully do.

It works best when the stock and scion are close in diameter and the size of a pencil or so.
