
That is a good price.. But keep in mind, there's no 'grinder,' just a straight press... Even with grapes, without 'chopping' them up, or placing a liner in the barrel/ basket, they'll be spitting through those staves like nobodies business
If you wanted to use it for apples or 'tree fruit,' you'd want a chopper/ grinder device along with it ~

It appears the mechanics behind the press are fairly basic ... it's the grinder that takes the craftsmanship ... which is why I bought all of that in one machine myself, though had driven all over looking at other people's ideas of 'an apple press.' Most were so greasy or broken down ..I felt they owed me for driving out to look at such junk. But that was before Craig's List ~
