I'm really slow at composing, typing and editing postings. After timing out in an hours musings and not saving to drafts a past posting and the forums went down for maintenance, and losing my perfect post, reply, story and query. Today I've done it again. After saving a draft and continuing at length later, I tried to preview the posting prior to submitting for public consumption, only to find out that I had apparently timed out and logging in loses my perfect post. Again I don't have the heart to got through trying to reiterate the construct. Do you have a setting that will recognize me, James, and that I am an idiot and require more time and/or warnings to save to draft before attempting to post. I really wanted to contribute those two postings. <!-- s --><img decoding="async" src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cry.gif" alt="" title="Crying or Very sad" /><!-- s --> I'd probably need a default "save to draft?" sort of button that allowed NOTHING to happen until it was utilized, not a "uh, you need to log-in again-first ". Four letter explicative. Not meaning to be mean.

started to send this a week ago but didn't figure out the draft was retrievable from the user control panel, thought I'd lost it.
