Temporary fix to compose a Private Message

Click my name next to my post. On the page it brings you to, below my picture should be a button to "Send PM".

That as suggested has never worked as far as I know.

What I tested in sending PM messages which has been working is to sequence a short set of events.

navigate to https://forums.homeorchardsoci.....ing/inbox/ (ie. https:/ followed by /forums.homeorchardsociety.org/discuss/private-messaging/inbox/

Select compose

note: In the address box type in J or j and jafar's name will show up as an option.

Your method does seem to work. Boy is the interface clunky. "Compose" hardly looks like a button. In the Inbox you'd think it would be prominent.

My method works for me, but probably because I'm a moderator. I also see people's email address there.
