This is the message below the header and above the forum. It would not let me sign onto my I-pad but did let me sign on to my old Lenovo PC in Firefox browser. On the -pad it gave me a message about needing cookies. Never did that before. I have some chocolate chip cookies but it did not state where to send them.

I'm getting it to. I reported it to Tonya yesterday and she passed it on to the webmaster.
Should be all resolved now.
There was a tool on the site we used to use that is no longer compatible with the main content management system, so I had to do some maintenance to work around it.
If you still continue to see the error code stuff, empty your browser cache or hold down the shift key while you refresh the page.
I'll keep an eye on this thread in case anyone else reports the issue.
