Hi Steven,
I am going to be out of state for the date when I was going to host a tour of my garden. At the meeting, people suggested that I not reschedule for the next day. Can you email me so we can talk about an approach to notify people?

Hi Steven,
Can you send an "event cancelled" message instead of the event message to members? Several board members suggested I do this because it's too late to change the Pome News listing.
