Hello everyone!

Some time ago I was given by my boss a work called "Disease Resistant Apples" written by Ted Swensen and published by Home Orchard Society in 2006. it contained a list of 1195 apple cultivars and their level of resistance/susceptibility to apple scab, powdery mildew and fire blight. Is that work still online somewhere? I used some of the data for a scientific paper and I need a reference for the publication.
