Court Pendu Plat is another apple I am considering. I can't find much about it, except for the nursery sites, and they are trying to sell so, of course, they say nice things about it.
It's said to ripen late October. If so, it will barely make it in my area. Anyone growing it? When is it ripening?
Is it any good for fresh eating? How is it as a cooking apple? Storage?
The late blooming is going to be a plus for me. Braeburn is supposed to pollinate and I've got a Braeburn, so that problematic issue is covered.

There are some tasting notes on my website:

I can't say it is my favourite apple, but I think it is worth growing because the flavor is very different from the mainstream of apple flavors which helps you think about the flavors of your other apples in a different way.
