Hello!

About a month and a half ago, I bought two beautiful citrus trees, a Limon and a Meyer, both already bearing fruit.
The Meyer’s fruits are gradually ripening and turning yellow (I’ve already harvested them), while the Limon’s fruits are still green, although quite large.
Do you know when this variety typically ripens?

They’re currently in my winter garden, where the temperature is maintained at around 8°C.

I’d also like to know about watering during the winter period. Of course, it’s much less than during the growing season, but I tend to be quite diligent and I’m worried about either overwatering or underwatering.

Do you have a specific watering frequency for such a temperature, for example, once every 14 days or every 3 weeks? And how much water should a large citrus tree get?

The size will vary greatly. I have some Meiwa kumquats on trifoliate rootstock. They are under 2 feet.  Some citrus will grow up to be 15 feet.

I don't have a watering schedule.
