In Afghanistan we have been implementing a project on citrus development, we have distributed some 500000 seedlings of different citrus rootstock to nursery growers in the area but now we are looking for certified bud woods. if any one can give me cantact of any reliable source of citrus mother stock nursery.

Because of all the citrus quarantines Young's Nursery in Thermal, California may be one of the few places you can get certified stock from.
