Long-time HOS member O. C. "Cecil" Compton died a few days ago. He was 102 years old. There will be a memorial service for him on August 22 at 11:30 am at the First United Church of Christ, Congregrational, in Corvallis, 4515 West Hills Road.

Directions to the Church: from I 5, take Hwy 34 west to the stop light just before the bridge, turn left and continue toward Philomath to 35th street.
