How long does it take for a 5ft tree to bear fruit...Apple
How long to be considered mature in max amount of fruit
ideas for 6 to 8 tree types for cider making

Apples vary greatly in the time to fruit. Avg. 2-5 years.

Mature-10 years or so.

Dabinett, Foxwhelp, ? I like multiuse apples. Many are good for fresh eating, pie, and cider.

I would balance sweet and sharp (sour) with bittersweet and bittersharp: More from the former 2 than from the latter 2.
