Hi:

After several years of waiting, I finally have 3 pears on my Honeysweet pear tree. I have found limited information on this variety regarding picking/ripening. Does anyone else have this variety of pear and have an approximate idea of when it is typically ready to pick in the Portland area? If so, have you kept it in cool storage for a while before bringing it out for ripening? Any other tips?
