Not far from my home there is an old peach tree that seems to have been around quite a while. I know the grower is an organic grower and I have seen the tree with many bare branches which get pruned off. However, this tree seems to be capable of sprouting from the base of the trunk and rejuvenating itself. I love the height of this tree though its width obviously takes up space. There are obviously damaged peaches but also some very nice ones. I should check to see how the ripening process is coming along. These photos were taken about 2 weeks ago.
