From Chile comes this beautiful flower, Lapageria rosea. In Chile it is known as copihue. Copihue is the national flower of Chile. It is a winding climbing vine with evergreen leaves and knock-out bellflowers. The fruit is shown in this picture and it's pleasant tasting. It is hardy in the Portland area.
