My family attended the AAFS today and I want to thank all of the volunteers -- it was interesting, informative, and even my 6-year-old had a great time! (Her new favorite apples are Nova and Zabergau Reinette.)

We picked up the information on ordering custom-grafted trees, but didn't realize until after we came home that (1) we were supposed to fill out forms and leave deposits at the show, and (2) neither of us did. Is there any way to obtain a form, mail it and a check to someone, and pre-order a couple of trees for next spring? I know we could go back to the show tomorrow, but it's a longish drive and we have commitments in Beaverton until about 3:00.
