It looks like the fruit tasting is going to be in Hillsboro this year. That's quite a bit more of a drive coming from Vancouver.
Are there members in the know who can comment on the reason for the change of venue?
Is this an upgrade? Were we kicked out of the school? Will the Scion Exchange be moving too?
I'm just curious, I won't let another 20 minutes drive affect me.
They usually rotate locations every fourth year. For some reason attendance at a given location is highest the first year, then decreases each year. After three years they move to another spot and attendance goes up again. The fairgrounds at Hillsboro have been used before. Other spots include the Clackamas Country fairgrounds in Canby, and another school.

This sounds like a good move because I don't think the last location could handle more people and I've gone and invited a bunch of folks
