1. I would like to know where to buy a roll of the plastic labels that are used to identify various shrub/tree/grape varieties that I have within my 1 acre garden/orchard area. I noticed some of these labels (on a rather large (yellow?)roll, during one of your grafting classes in 2004. Do you sell them or where can I buy them?
2. Can you refer me to an accurate list of old/new cider apple varieties?

Donald, you'll find rolls of the plastic labels at: TEUFEL'S NURSERY, 12345 SW BARNES RD, PORTLAND, OR, 97229, 800-483-8335. http://www.humeseeds.com/retail2.htm Be careful; you'll no doubt find a lot of other goodies too!
Can't help on the Cider Apples... keep searching!
Here's a link to what is probably not quite the kind of list of cider apples you hoped to see, because it is not descriptive. It is the list of what Alan Foster of White Oak Cider is growing and using - http://www.crockettdesign.com/whiteoakc ... chard.html . He's awfully old fashioned, but you might try sending a note to whiteoakcider@aol.com and maybe you'll get lucky. Last year he had a booth at the Spring Beer and Wine Fest, so you might keep an eye on their site http://www.springbeerfest.com/ .
